>As the Dean of Feederism it was important for me to know exactly how much to feed a female fatling to plump her up and keep her plumped. Now that I am with Thinnette I have been reading some pro anorexia blogs in order to gain a greater understanding of gaining and maintaining. This will not be my most exciting article but I feel it is important for both pretty plump gainers and those lovely lovely thinlings guys like Fat Bastard and I adore and love to bone.

It’s All About the Calories Stupid!

In spite of what the mean, jealous and angry girls in the old FA movement would like you to believe gaining and maintaining is all about calories in vs calories out. If you want to get fat you simply have to eat more food high in calories. If you want to lose weight you simply need to eat less calories. If you want to maintain you need to eat the correct about of calories.

1. Eat a lot but don’t eat often. While this may sound counter intuitive, it isn’t. Eating actually increases your metabolic rate and it keeps you from being ravenously hungry.

2. Don’t move anymore that you absolutely must. Moving burns precious calories.

3. While you cannot avoid all fruits and vegetable remember that fiber takes up space and it take a lot of energy to digest. If you get constipated have your feeder give you a laxative or an enema. Enemas are fun.

4 If I have said it once I have said it 10000000 times – FAT FATTENS BEST! Fat contains a whooping 9 calories per gram whereas carbohydrates and proteins contain a paltry 4 calories per gram.

5. Sleep a with a blanket or at least a sheet over you. Your giant body surface loses massive amounts of of heat. Heat = Calories!

6. Use your diabetes! Take a little extra insulin to spike your appetite.

7. Look for fast food bargains and specials.

8. Replace your half & half with cream.

9. Watch the Food Network of Fatspiration.

10. Find a good food delivery service.

OK ladies you have seen a whole bunch of greedy gluttons with gynecomastia but now it is time to stop drooling. Proud FA brought up a serious issue, breast cancer in men. I decided to consult a fat friendly doctor for the skinny on boy boob blubber. Here is part of the interview.

Fat Bastard: Dr. Sizemore, do men get breast cancer

Dr. Sizemore: The answer to your question Fat Bastard is yes. Men make up about two percent of all breast cancer cases, but breast cancer in men is often fatal because the symptoms are ignored.

Men would be wise to do a self-exam when they take a shower. Some men’s chests, being flat, will be easier to examine than a woman’s chest is. Guys like you Fat Bastard have breasts that are not unlike women’s breasts. Soaping your breasts makes them slippery and that helps you feel the details of the tissue better. This is true for women, too, of course.

Fat Bastard: That sounds like fun!

Doctor Sizemore: If you find a lump, you should get a mammogram. I don’t think there is a recommendation for routine mammograms for men, but because sadly so few protocols exist, I suggest you do your own extensive literature search.

Fat Bastard: Have you treated many men with breast cancer?

Dr Sizemore: I have had several male patients with breast cancer. I would like to tell you about one in particular.

Fat Bastard: Please do.

Doctor Sizemore: His first symptom was that his left nipple was inverted – it was pulling in. That began to increase and then it became very painful. One night, it hurt so badly that it woke him up. That’s when he called my office. I found a lump so I sent him on to a surgeon.

The surgeon said he didn’t think he had breast cancer, but he tested him anyway and found out what I had suspected. Eventually he went to a breast specialist to have the tumor removed.

Since this experience, I have run into four or five more cases in Herkimer alone. I don’t hear the media talk about male breast cancer though, so I’m hoping to raise awareness.

Fat Bastard: We will be presenting this on Bigger Fatter Blog doctor. We too want to raise awareness. If I told my doctor that I suspected I had breast cancer how would he respond?

Doctor Sizemore: I would expect that many general practitioners would brush you off, send you on your way with some antibiotics.

Since we can’t count on the media for accuracy and balanced reporting, I appreciate guys like you Fat Bastard keeping the public informed.

Fat Bastard: Are men with moobs at greater risk for developing breast cancer.

Doctor Sizemore: I really cannot give you a definite yes because the problem has not been thoroughly studied but I can tell you from my own experience that all of the cases of male breast cancer I have observed in my patients obesity was also present. That makes sense for many reasons. For certain cancers like breast cancer there is a link to estrogen. Fat stores more estrogen. There is also evidence in the medical literature that testosterone can prevent breast cancer. Being that fat men tend to have lower testosterone levels and higher estrogen levels then it would follow that they would be more likely to develop breast cancer. Fat also tends to store more carcenogens and fat people tend to eat more processed foods that are low in anti-oxidants. That too can increase the risks for all sorts of cancers. Fat people do develop cancer at a higher rate than lean people so I would have to say that it is reasonable to conclude that fat men are more likely to develop breast cancer than lean men.

Fat Bastard: As the leading voice in the new fat acceptance it is our duty to keep fat guys informed about health issues. Doctor, should men with boobs get mammograms?

Dr Sizemore: Most doctors would say no but they would be wrong. I strongly recommend men with gynecomastia have regular mammograms.

Breast cancer is another risk of gluttony and obesity. If you find the risk acceptable as we do then be fat and pig out like the glutton that you are. If you don’t find that the risks outweigh the pleasures derived from gluttony then don’t be fat greedy gormandizer like us. Because this blog is done in the interest of fat people we give you both sides of the story. I encourage our readers to examine their moobs regularly. Being that moobs are pretty much the same as boobs the examination protocols are the same. If you have moobs you should have a yearly mammogram. If your doctor does not schedule you for one find a doctor who will. In the meantime learn how to perform a proper moob self-examination.

As the many readers of this blog know the idea that fat people have low self esteem is a myth. Here is another scientific study that proves conclusively that fat people have high self esteem and we are not the pathetic and depressed losers the old NAAFA style size acceptance portrays us to be.Fat Bastard asked me to present this article and discuss my feelings regarding my experience with fat women. A new study sheds light on why some women find it difficult to lose weight. When obese women have positive self-image, 1 in 5 will choose a silhouette of an obese woman as being at her “ideal” body weight.
This study also supports other research that has shown that fat people tend to have fat friends. Alcoholics or drug addicts who are overcoming addiction are taught to get rid of the friends that enable their dangerous behaviors.

In research published in the May issue of the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Temple researchers studied the body image perceptions of 81 underweight, normal weight, overweight or obese women in the North Philadelphia area and found that as their body mass index (BMI) increased, two-thirds of the women still felt they were at an ideal body size.

“So the question for doctors then becomes, ‘How can we effectively treat our overweight and obese patients, when they don’t feel they’re in harm’s way?'” said study researcher Marisa Rose, M.D., assistant professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences in the Temple University School of Medicine. “It stresses a need for culturally sensitive education for this population.”

All participants were measured for height and weight and completed an anonymous survey to determine their self-perceived, current and ideal body sizes. Each woman was then shown an illustration of different-sized women that correlated with increasing BMIs, and were asked which size they felt they were at currently, and what their ideal would be.

While most of the participants selected illustrations of women in the normal to overweight range, about 20 percent of the obese women selected an overweight or obese silhouette as their ideal body shape. Further, 68 percent (15 out 22) of overweight participants and 84 percent (26 of 31) of obese women underestimated their current BMI. African-American and Hispanic women had significantly underestimated their current body size, while the white women overestimated.

and her fellow researchers say this is the first study to evaluate body image discrepancy specifically in the inner-city population of women seeking gynecologic care.

“For this group, gynecologists often serve as the primary care provider as well,” said Rose. “As more women become obese and overweight, it becomes critical for gynecologists to know how to talk to their patients about the adverse effects of obesity.”

The researchers say that their next course of action is to determine from a more diverse population whether the trend of women incorrectly perceiving their body size extends to most underweight, overweight and obese women or whether the trend is specific to the inner-city population.

“Informing our patients about the dangers of obesity, even when they feel they’re not at risk, can help empower them to change their lifestyles and lead healthier lives,” said Rose.
Other authors on the study were: Sushma Potti, M.D.; Marina Milli, M.D.; Stacey Jeronis, M.D.; and John P. Gaughan, Ph.D of Temple University School of medicine.

Fat Bastard asked me to make some comments on the above article. I would like to speak to the veiled criticism by the medical profession of fat people regarding their health. I would ask these doctors if they aren’t as critical of people who play dangerous sports. Let’s take one of our heroes, the Butter Bean, king of the three rounder. I bet his doctor gives him more crap about being obese than having his brain damaged and suffering a life of dementia pugilistica. Larry Holmes beat the Butter Bean senseless. Let’s take look at the other sports like soccer and football. People get permanently injured and maimed regularly in these sports. Now we have auto racing, bungee jumping, sky diving and a host of sports that appeal to the adrenaline junkie. Nobody complains about thrill seeking behaviors associated with these sports. Why should they complain about about people like Teddy and Fat Bastard and others who are fully aware of the dangers of gluttony? Actually fat people are pretty smart about mitigating the damages their lifestyle causes. Teddy knows exactly how to adjust his insulin for his power eating sessions. He knows the risks of gluttony and he mitigates them. I feed with fat because fat fattens best. It lowers the risk of diabetic coma and when I do use fats I use the mono-saturated types.

This article busts another myth perpetrated by the old and angry fat acceptance. The ideal body that women seek is not a normal weight or underweight body but rather a fat or obese body. I know that the old angry fat acceptance is going to want to take credit for this one of many examples of the normalization of obesity but fat women did not come to this realization with the help of the old tired angry man hating disingenuous fat acceptance but rather in spite of it. Gluttony is the rule today and not the exception.

Unlike the angry man haters in the old and obsolete fat acceptance movement Fat Bastard and I found some very positive things about this article. We found what we both already knew and that is fat and obese women have very high self esteem and being fat and gluttonous is a sign of high self esteem. It is getting more and more difficult for the hacks in the old fat acceptance to continue to portray fat woman as tragic victims especially in light of these scientific revelations.
