Here’s some real insider information for those of you who want to gain huge amounts of weight. Watch what really fat people do and then do it or watch what skinny people do and don’t do it. This will begin to make more sense as this article unfolds.

Let’s focus on metabolism. Let’s start with a sedentary 5’5″ female 25 years of age with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 20. Her body weight is a paltry 120 pounds. For her to maintain 120 pounds she needs to take in 1700 calories per day. If she exercises, her caloric requirement will be higher. Yes I know that his is getting a bit technical but here’s a picture of a sexy BBW.

It would take 14 feet and 6 inches of Subway sandwiches simply to maintain the body weight of just one of these two heavenly humongus hoggers. That is over 29 six inch subs like the kind Subway’s Jerrod ate.

Are you getting the point? First off even these two gorgeous ginormous gluttons would be hard pressed to devour 14 feet six inches of submarine sandwich and you would have to take out a second mortgage to afford 29 subs per day.

It’s a fact, it would take 29 of these bad boys to equal the 6800 calories a 480+ pound BBW requires to maintain her massive mounds of marvelous fat. They simply take up space in the stomach and some veggies like lettuce, spinach and peppers are calorie negative. That means it requires more calories to digest than what will get into the body and be stored as fat. Kinda self defeating huh?

One measly stick of butter contains 780 calories It would take 3.5 subway subs or 21 inches of submarine sandwich to equal one stick of butter. The cost per calorie is far cheaper if you go with butter. Look what all that butter has done for Paula Deen the Butter Queen and her fat boy husband.

Veggies require a lot of chewing. You’ll wear your teeth out! By the time your gainer eats one Subway sub she can easily devour 4 sticks of butter which is a whopping 3120 calories that will slide right down her pretty gullet. Once again, proof positive that fat fattens best! Dr Atkins should have been a feeder and not a weight loss guru. In fact we salute Dr Atkins for making people fatter than ever before. His “diet” is the perfect prescription for gaining.

“I prescribe FAT!” Proclaimed low carb guru Dr Atkins aka in new fat acceptance circles as Dr FATkins. Fatkins didn’t know much but he understood what gluttons love and that is the savory taste of fat. He also know that a gram of carbs contains 4 calories but a gram of fat contains 9 calories. WOW! He may have known, although he was a greedy charlatan and dumb fuck like most MDs that carb deprivation causes two things that will cause weight gain.

1. Carb deprivation causes intense hunger.

2. Low carb diets cause muscle loss and that slows the basal metabolic rate.

How do these to factors benefit that gainer? I think that is quite obvious. Hungry people eat more than one who are sated. A slower metabolic rate require less feeding. It won’t be much slower but every savings of calories helps to fatten.

The Dos and Don’ts of Gaining

Do hang around with other fat people. They are a great support group. They also know where the best food deals are.

Don’t hang around with slender people. They avoid eating fattening foods.

Do wear loose fitting clothes to avoid that “full feeling” after you eat.

Don’t eat too much fiber but you will need some. Constipation can kill your appetite. You always feel hungry after you’ve dropped a duke.

Do watch the Food Network. Seeing food makes you hungry.

Don’t eat at a dining room or kitchen table. Eat in front of the TV. Mindful eating is what people like MeMe Roth do. You want your eating to be as involuntary as your breathing when you are on your CPAP machine.

Don’t move too much. Even if you feel you can walk don’t! walking burns calories. Use your scooter or power chair!

Don’t take the stairs even if you can. If the Belly God had intended fat people to use the stairs he would not have invented the elevator.

Do avoid complex carbohydrates. Food like oatmeal, pasta and whole wheat are slow to digest. Eat candy, pies, cookies, and ice cream. They will cause a spike and then a fall in your blood sugar so you will eat more.

Do substitute half and half or heavy cream for milk and add chocolate syrup.

Social Security Disability and Morbid Obesity $$$

There was a time when Morbid Obesity was specifically listed in the social security impairment book, or blue book, as a disabling condition. Individuals filing for social security disability (SSD) or supplemental security income (SSI) benefits were evaluated according to a social security height/weight chart and, if their statistics met the blue book definition of obesity, they could be awarded benefits based on that condition alone.

All that changed in 1999, when Social Security no longer recognized obesity as an inherently disabling condition. The logic was that many obese individuals are able to lead productive lives and hold gainful employment. Today, you can still be awarded disability benefits for obesity, Cha Ching but only if you can demonstrate through medical records that your obesity is causing other physical symptoms severe enough to prevent you from working.

In other words, you must show, not only that you are obese, but that you are unable to work, either due to the existence of other related medical conditions such as arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes, decreased pulmonary function (extreme difficulty breathing), etc., or due to the fact that your obesity is in itself so severe it limits you from performing work and other activities of daily living, such as driving a car, bathing, walking, etc. Cha Ching!

If your obesity is aggravating (or the cause of) medical conditions such as asthma, cardiac arrhythmia, edema, arthritis, etc., then you would file for disability based on the condition that is listed in the blue book (not obesity).

If you are morbidly obese but do not suffer from any other serious medical condition, you may still qualify for SSD/SSI benefits in the form of a medical vocational allowance, commonly referred to as a Med-Voc. A Med-Voc allowance is awarded to individuals that can show that their condition, while not listed in the blue book, is so severe that it prevents them from performing any form of gainful employment. Cha Ching! Med-Voc allowances rely heavily on a physician’s statement of your residual functional capacity (RFC), a form detailing exactly what activities you can and cannot perform in light of your medical condition.

RFC assessments are made by physicians who provide input on SSD and SSI cases for the social security administration. However, a claimant can obtain such an assessment from their own physician and submit this. Fat freindly doctor and Cha Ching! If you are planning on filing for disability based on obesity alone, you should ask your physician to fill out an RFC for you, or you may be asked to attend a consultative exam (CE) with a social security doctor, who will assess your impairment and the extent to which it limits your physical activity.

In the case of morbid obesity, an RFC will most likely be required by the disability examiner evaluating your claim, and it’s better to have the form completed by your own Fat Friendly treating physician than one that works for the social security administration (SSA).

I have admit it. I too have been sucked into the feeding frenzy on MeMe Roth. Like the hateful people in the old fat acceptance I too was on the hate MeMe Roth band wagon. I have gotten off the bash MeMe wagon because I cannot find one example of any hateful remark she has made about fat people. For those of you who have not heard of Ms Roth; Meridith “MeMe” Roth is a health crusader and president of the much maligned NAAO National Action Against Obesity http://www.actionagainstobesity.com/NationalActionAgainstObesity/NAAO.html NAAO is pretty much what it says it is. It is an organization aimed at stopping the so called obesity epidemic. She sees the dramatic rise in obesity as a bad thing while we in the New Fat Acceptance and Bigger Fatter Blog see the increase in obesity and the greedy gluttony that causes it as a very good thing. We at Bigger Fatter Blog would like to have the opportunity to debate Ms Roth. We were so disheartened to see the series of shellackings Ms Roth gave Kelly Bliss and Joy Nash that we would like to see how she could deal with the intellectually honest position of the New Fat Acceptance. Clearly Kelly Bliss and Joy Nash were out-gunned intellectually by the svelte MeMe Roth. Fat girls cannot see past their hate for slender sexy babes like MeMe. Let’s see how Ms Roth fares in a fair fight with a man like me Fat Bastard or my blog partner and male heart throb Proud FA.

Ms Roth got one thing right when she said that fat acceptance is really obesity promotion because it is and it always has been. It is sad when it takes an adversary like MeMe Roth to point out that stark reality. The intellectual dishonesty of the old fat acceptance movement helped to make Ms Roth the clear winner in the big fat debate. If Bliss and Nash had just admitted that they and all other fat people are happy greedy gluttons and simply told Ms Roth the following, “we like food and it is better than just about anything, so buzz off you skinny skank” what could Ms Roth have have said to counter that? Answer… Not a damn thing! This debate is not nor has it ever been about being fat. It has been about being gluttonous and the gluttonous lifestyle and whether gluttony is good or bad. Only an idiot would say that fat people are healthier than skinny folks and with Bliss making that same tired and foolish argument it only served to make fat acceptance look like the pathetic farce that it has become. It was a slam dunk for Me Me Roth and a huge boost for NAAO. Sadly it was another major blow to fat acceptance. If I had debated MeMe, I would have chewed her up and spit her out… Well maybe I would not have spit her out. Delightfully defiant Dom Deluise happily tells the fat haters to go fuck themselves as he greedily stuffs his fat fat face with gastronomic goodies. According to an unnamed source, the rotund comic has less than three months to live. That source further revealed to Bigger Fatter Blog, “Dom is dying-but he’s still eating pasta by the vat.” Another source revealed told Bigger Fatter Blog, His breathing is labored and his heartbeat is erratic. But he still won’t stop eating.” Doctors thought Dom would recover form his testicular and penile cancer but claim his unwillingness to control his eating is making recovery impossible. Dom certainly could stop his gluttonous ways but great food is a better payoff than 10 or 15 more years of life. As our immortal Teddy Bear put it, “Death by gluttony is a better way to die than from anorexia.” That is SOOOOOOOOO true I now tell all my feedees that.

Burt Reynolds is said of Deluise, “He’s not even trying to get well now. He’s eating everything he wants and then some. He’s decided to go out on his terms.” That is truly inspiring.

Dom Deluise has always been a hero to those of us in the new fat acceptance movement for decades. He laughs in the face of certain death as he stuffs his fabulous fat face in his way of paying homage to our belly God. We at Bigger Fatter Blog will not mourn his death, we will celebrate his life and his love and lust for food. It’s also a process of making peace with food so that you no longer have constant “food worry” thoughts. It’s knowing that your health and your worth as a person does not change because you ate a so-called “bad” or “fattening” food.
This is a total crock of shit because there are fattening foods and if you want to not be fat you cannot eat a whole lot of fattening foods and not be fat. True fat acceptors are also gluttony and obesity promoters. We are apologists for neither obesity or the cause of obesity which we all know is gluttony. We eat whatever the hell we want and what most fat people want is fattening foods. That is why we are fat. The notion that we feel guilty about it is total bullshit. Go to a Golden Corral and watch all the happy guilt free fat people filling their plates again and again and again. They are happy as hell. They don’t feel guilty at all. Food is love and happiness!

Intuitive Eating Principles
1. Reject the Diet Mentality Throw out the diet books and magazine articles that offer you false hope of losing weight quickly, easily, and permanently. Get angry at the lies that have led you to feel as if you were a failure every time a new diet stopped working and you gained back all of the weight. If you allow even one small hope to linger that a new and better diet might be lurking around the corner, it will prevent you from being free to rediscover Intuitive Eating.

The barbarians who do this surgery claim a lower mortality rate but they would be lying like the lying liars that they are.
