Here’s some real insider information for those of you who want to gain huge amounts of weight. Watch what really fat people do and then do it or watch what skinny people do and don’t do it. This will begin to make more sense as this article unfolds.

Let’s focus on metabolism. Let’s start with a sedentary 5’5″ female 25 years of age with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 20. Her body weight is a paltry 120 pounds. For her to maintain 120 pounds she needs to take in 1700 calories per day. If she exercises, her caloric requirement will be higher. Yes I know that his is getting a bit technical but here’s a picture of a sexy BBW.

It would take 14 feet and 6 inches of Subway sandwiches simply to maintain the body weight of just one of these two heavenly humongus hoggers. That is over 29 six inch subs like the kind Subway’s Jerrod ate.

Are you getting the point? First off even these two gorgeous ginormous gluttons would be hard pressed to devour 14 feet six inches of submarine sandwich and you would have to take out a second mortgage to afford 29 subs per day.

It’s a fact, it would take 29 of these bad boys to equal the 6800 calories a 480+ pound BBW requires to maintain her massive mounds of marvelous fat. It would cost you wallet busting 87 dollars a day to feed your fatling if you fed her Subway 6 grams of fat or less subs. The other problem are all the damn veggies. They simply take up space in the stomach and some veggies like lettuce, spinach and peppers are calorie negative. That means it requires more calories to digest than what will get into the body and be stored as fat. Kinda self defeating huh?

One measly stick of butter contains 780 calories It would take 3.5 subway subs or 21 inches of submarine sandwich to equal one stick of butter. The cost per calorie is far cheaper if you go with butter. Look what all that butter has done for Paula Deen the Butter Queen and her fat boy husband.

Veggies require a lot of chewing. You’ll wear your teeth out! By the time your gainer eats one Subway sub she can easily devour 4 sticks of butter which is a whopping 3120 calories that will slide right down her pretty gullet. Once again, proof positive that fat fattens best! Dr Atkins should have been a feeder and not a weight loss guru. In fact we salute Dr Atkins for making people fatter than ever before. His “diet” is the perfect prescription for gaining.

“I prescribe FAT!” Proclaimed low carb guru Dr Atkins aka in new fat acceptance circles as Dr FATkins. Fatkins didn’t know much but he understood what gluttons love and that is the savory taste of fat. He also know that a gram of carbs contains 4 calories but a gram of fat contains 9 calories. WOW! He may have known, although he was a greedy charlatan and dumb fuck like most MDs that carb deprivation causes two things that will cause weight gain.

1. Carb deprivation causes intense hunger.

2. Low carb diets cause muscle loss and that slows the basal metabolic rate.

How do these to factors benefit that gainer? I think that is quite obvious. Hungry people eat more than one who are sated. A slower metabolic rate require less feeding. It won’t be much slower but every savings of calories helps to fatten.

The Dos and Don’ts of Gaining

Do hang around with other fat people. They are a great support group. They also know where the best food deals are.

Don’t hang around with slender people. They avoid eating fattening foods.

Do wear loose fitting clothes to avoid that “full feeling” after you eat.

Don’t eat too much fiber but you will need some. Constipation can kill your appetite. You always feel hungry after you’ve dropped a duke.

Do watch the Food Network. Seeing food makes you hungry.

Don’t eat at a dining room or kitchen table. Eat in front of the TV. Mindful eating is what people like MeMe Roth do. You want your eating to be as involuntary as your breathing when you are on your CPAP machine.

Don’t move too much. Even if you feel you can walk don’t! walking burns calories. Use your scooter or power chair!

Don’t take the stairs even if you can. If the Belly God had intended fat people to use the stairs he would not have invented the elevator.

Do understand your diabetes. Diabetes can be a gainer’s best friend. A little extra insulin will make you eat more. Eating is good!

Do Choose easy to chew foods! Slow food allow your brain to catch up with your hunger. You want to stuff yourself before you feel hungry so eat fast.

Do avoid complex carbohydrates. Food like oatmeal, pasta and whole wheat are slow to digest. Eat candy, pies, cookies, and ice cream. They will cause a spike and then a fall in your blood sugar so you will eat more.

Do substitute half and half or heavy cream for milk and add chocolate syrup.

The low carb food pyramid is good but there is too much meat. It will fatten but the amount of protein will damage your kidneys. Simply revere the fat for the meat.

Motivation is important. If you are not fat and you are a woman you are not a real woman. Think of this as reverse anorexia. If you are a bulimic you need to say this 10 times before each meal. TWO FOUR SIX EIGHT… I do not regurgitate. Another motivating positive affirmation is, I am fat! I am mean! I am mean! I don’t want no Lean Cuisine! Vegetables are what food eats!

I love diet books because all they do is make people fatter and that is what all of us in fat acceptance want and that is why Proud FA and I do not censor diet talk. Most diets only make you fatter so we love it when a new diet comes out because we know it will fail. 98% of diets fail and that is GOOD for our mission of obesity and gluttony promotion. CG Brady understands as much about gluttony as Teddy Bear AKA Gerald, Proud FA and me Fat Bastard. This insidious punk understands how to get people to stay on diets. His NAZI style methods of mind control are in a word or two ghastly and frightening. We have fought so hard to increase the overweight and obesity rate in the US to an impressive 73% and not this son of a bitch has come along to undo what Americans have worked so hard to achieve.

This guy makes MeMe Roth look like a friend to fat acceptance and we all know the devastating blows she has dealt to the movement.

This is not just about Fat Pride. Sure it will suck when we lose the status of the FATTEST NATION ON EARTH but the economic consequences of people eating less will devastate our entire economy. Health care will take a huge hit! The food industry will be laying off hundreds of thousands. Food prices will plummet and our farmers will starve. CG Brady needs to be stopped and stopped soon. I want everyone reading this blog to write to Amazon and Barnes and Noble and threaten to boycott them if they put his books on their shelves. CG Brady is a menace. He is a monkey wrench in a wonderful system that enables us fatling to survive. This toxic man and his hateful methods will not only hurt us fatlings, it will hurt everyone. It will even hurt the dieting and publishing industry.

We need a coalition. All of us, the diet industry, the old fat acceptance, the medical industry and big pharma need to unite against this threat. As you know I am usually against censorship but this knowledge is knowledge that should be forbidden. CG Brady has let the genie out of the bottle and before it does anymore damage we need to put the genie back into the bottle, cork it tightly, bury that bottle and then bury the shovel. Proud FA read this and he is livid. Neither one of us get into a twist when obesity gets medicalized. We see weight loss surgery for the barbarism that it is but this is much worse because it changes the beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that have served us so well for so long. Diets Fail: Why The Brady Method
® Works

Most diets and weight loss programs fail for one reason and one reason only. Dieters simply do not comply. If you can get people to consistently eat the correct amount of calories they simply cannot remain overweight. That is a scientific and mathematical certainty. Certainly proper nutrition is important, however; it is not always vital for weight loss even though it is for good health. I am able to do that and I have been doing it for nearly 2 years.

The first thing I do is ask the client their age, weight and gender Here is a sample of some typical responses followed by the rest of my questions.
(They will say so that I will feel better and I will look better and I will be able to do things like walk up stairs without wheezing and so I can get of my meds. I need to do this for ME. They are parroting the conventional wisdom that has not worked. The egoism that is there is no longer apparent to a society that lives by the motto “hooray for me a fuck you” is apparent to me. This obesity and gluttony thing is in many ways but not entirely a societal problem and yes I do have all the answers because I looked for them. When asked for altruistic and noble reasons for being healthy and lean they eventually say, “It is what parents should do for their kids. It is socially responsible.” At this point I have spat in their soup so to speak. They knowingly eat unhealthy but tasty food without giving it a second thought now they are less comfortable doing it and more inclined to stop.

What is your theory as to why most Americans are fat or obese? (This is an important question because contrary to popular belief fat people are often very self centered. There are several reasons for this but let it suffice to say the act and the result of gluttony, yes fat people really are gluttons and I will define gluttony more completely later. When fat people begin to consider others especially ones with whom they can identify they begin to think differently. I know how frustrating it can be hearing their excuses and flawed logic.)

How many calories a day does it take for a moderately active 40 year old female to maintain 300 pounds? (Now they have to think in terms of physics and logic. They are taking the bait.)

On a scale of 1 – 10 how badly do you want to be healthy and fit?

At this point we get into the mechanics of weight loss. The most a 300 point person should lose in a week is 3 pounds. This person is taking in 4276 per day. She should be taking in 1800 to 2200 if she want to maintain a healthy weight. I would put her on about 2800 (that is her Basal Metabolic Rate) calories a day and her only exercise will be what she normally does. She will gradually cut back until she is at 1500 and then she will go back to 1800 – 2200 depending on her activity level. At this point she’s hooked now I set the hook and I set it deep.

I give her the guidelines for healthy eating which are essentially the USDA food pyramid but I ask her to shoot for .5 grams protein per pound of body weight and try to get 35 grams or more of fiber per day. The reasons diet fail is because they spoon feed nutritional information. My clients have to figure it out for themselves. It puts them in control. I have read Atkins’ books and I visit the crazy low carb forums and I want to piss on his grave and slap all his disciples. I digress but I hate that fat bastard even in death as I hate Agatston in life that chubby sickly charlatan. I am 54 and my body still makes young women swoon.

Barry Sears, (Zone Diet) Agatston (South Beach Diet) and the late Dr Robert Fatkins all have/had man boobs. I guess I love to digress.

Atkins’ 1972 diet was revolutionary, and in direct opposition to the conventional wisdom of dieticians: lower carbohydrates, and increase meat and fat. While one would lose weight on such a diet, most of the loss is from water and muscle mass. The former is pointless and the latter can be dangerous. These inconvenient facts did not stop the public from buying 30 million of his books.

He suffered a heart attack in 2002, but one that he claimed was unrelated to diet. Atkins died after he purportedly slipped on a sidewalk in New York City, sustaining a brain injury. At the time of his death, Dr. Atkins weighed 258 pounds, and at his height of six feet, the U.S. government considers him obese.

Now she needs to create 5 to 7 meals/feedings per day that add up to 2800 calories. That means 7 400 calorie feedings/meals or about 10 Stouffers LEAN CUISINE® meals. OINK!

At this point the client sees how much eating she has been doing. Now it is time get the net and a winch to land this one. She is thinking at this point, “OMG what a pig I am” Reality is fillet knife and it is working its magic. This process takes about 6 weeks. Now she is past the point of no return and the rest is just being patient and gradually cutting calories and not worrying because her weight loss is slowing. She knows that is to be expected.

I may have an unconventional personal style and an out of the box approach to problem solving but what I do works. I have contacted many so called experts and none of them will give me the time of day. I suppose some people, especially ones with too much education for their IQs develop very high AQs AKA Asshole Quotients. They are also jealous because they hate it when someone with half their education has twice their intelligence.

It may seem that I have a certain amount of disdain for fat people. I do but there are many other groups of homo sapiens for which I have considerably more. We are a dreadful species with the potential of evolving socially, emotionally, and spiritually into something better. Our animal side is winning and sadly the human animal often lacks the nobility of his smaller brained cousins. I hope that can change because I have sons and two grand kids. I would like them to live in a humane world full of responsible and caring people.

As the many readers of this blog know the idea that fat people have low self esteem is a myth. Here is another scientific study that proves conclusively that fat people have high self esteem and we are not the pathetic and depressed losers the old NAAFA style size acceptance portrays us to be.Fat Bastard asked me to present this article and discuss my feelings regarding my experience with fat women. A new study sheds light on why some women find it difficult to lose weight. When obese women have positive self-image, 1 in 5 will choose a silhouette of an obese woman as being at her “ideal” body weight.
This study also supports other research that has shown that fat people tend to have fat friends. Alcoholics or drug addicts who are overcoming addiction are taught to get rid of the friends that enable their dangerous behaviors.

All participants were measured for height and weight and completed an anonymous survey to determine their self-perceived, current and ideal body sizes. Each woman was then shown an illustration of different-sized women that correlated with increasing BMIs, and were asked which size they felt they were at currently, and what their ideal would be.

While most of the participants selected illustrations of women in the normal to overweight range, about 20 percent of the obese women selected an overweight or obese silhouette as their ideal body shape. Further, 68 percent (15 out 22) of overweight participants and 84 percent (26 of 31) of obese women underestimated their current BMI. African-American and Hispanic women had significantly underestimated their current body size, while the white women overestimated.

and her fellow researchers say this is the first study to evaluate body image discrepancy specifically in the inner-city population of women seeking gynecologic care.

“For this group, gynecologists often serve as the primary care provider as well,” said Rose. “As more women become obese and overweight, it becomes critical for gynecologists to know how to talk to their patients about the adverse effects of obesity.”

The researchers say that their next course of action is to determine from a more diverse population whether the trend of women incorrectly perceiving their body size extends to most underweight, overweight and obese women or whether the trend is specific to the inner-city population.

“Informing our patients about the dangers of obesity, even when they feel they’re not at risk, can help empower them to change their lifestyles and lead healthier lives,” said Rose.
Other authors on the study were: Sushma Potti, M.D.; Marina Milli, M.D.; Stacey Jeronis, M.D.; and John P. Gaughan, Ph.D of Temple University School of medicine.

Fat Bastard asked me to make some comments on the above article. I would like to speak to the veiled criticism by the medical profession of fat people regarding their health. I would ask these doctors if they aren’t as critical of people who play dangerous sports. Let’s take one of our heroes, the Butter Bean, king of the three rounder. I bet his doctor gives him more crap about being obese than having his brain damaged and suffering a life of dementia pugilistica. Larry Holmes beat the Butter Bean senseless. Let’s take look at the other sports like soccer and football. People get permanently injured and maimed regularly in these sports. Now we have auto racing, bungee jumping, sky diving and a host of sports that appeal to the adrenaline junkie. Nobody complains about thrill seeking behaviors associated with these sports. Why should they complain about about people like Teddy and Fat Bastard and others who are fully aware of the dangers of gluttony? Actually fat people are pretty smart about mitigating the damages their lifestyle causes. Teddy knows exactly how to adjust his insulin for his power eating sessions. He knows the risks of gluttony and he mitigates them. I feed with fat because fat fattens best. It lowers the risk of diabetic coma and when I do use fats I use the mono-saturated types.

This article busts another myth perpetrated by the old and angry fat acceptance. The ideal body that women seek is not a normal weight or underweight body but rather a fat or obese body. I know that the old angry fat acceptance is going to want to take credit for this one of many examples of the normalization of obesity but fat women did not come to this realization with the help of the old tired angry man hating disingenuous fat acceptance but rather in spite of it. Gluttony is the rule today and not the exception.

Unlike the angry man haters in the old and obsolete fat acceptance movement Fat Bastard and I found some very positive things about this article. We found what we both already knew and that is fat and obese women have very high self esteem and being fat and gluttonous is a sign of high self esteem. It is getting more and more difficult for the hacks in the old fat acceptance to continue to portray fat woman as tragic victims especially in light of these scientific revelations.
