If you want to get fat you simply have to eat more food high in calories. If you want to lose weight you simply need to eat less calories. If you want to maintain you need to eat the correct about of calories.

1. Eat a lot but don’t eat often. While this may sound counter intuitive, it isn’t. Eating actually increases your metabolic rate and it keeps you from being ravenously hungry.

2. Don’t move anymore that you absolutely must. Moving burns precious calories.

3. While you cannot avoid all fruits and vegetable remember that fiber takes up space and it take a lot of energy to digest. If you get constipated have your feeder give you a laxative or an enema. Enemas are fun.

4 If I have said it once I have said it 10000000 times – FAT FATTENS BEST! Fat contains a whooping 9 calories per gram whereas carbohydrates and proteins contain a paltry 4 calories per gram.

5. Sleep a with a blanket or at least a sheet over you. Your giant body surface loses massive amounts of of heat. Heat = Calories!

6. Use your diabetes! Take a little extra insulin to spike your appetite.

7. Look for fast food bargains and specials.

8. Replace your half & half with cream.

9. Watch the Food Network of Fatspiration.

Fat Bastard still battered and bruised!

His weight loss is slowing but he is still losing weight at about 2 pounds per week. We have tried many thing to get Fat Bastard to pig out and and get back to his porcine proportions. As a last ditch effort I took a page from the pro anorexia movement but instead of posting “thinspirational” images I thought that FATspirational would do the trick along with some reverse fatspo.

Fat Bastard loss of appetite is a mystery that is baffling his friends and family. His damn dummy doctors will not order tests to see what’s wrong and are suggesting that his problem is psychological. We think his problem is organic. We have discussed this with CG Brady who did counsel Fat Bastard of weight loss and ways to moderate his gluttony so their is a possibility that psychological factors may be part of the equation but Dr Brady only had a few very brief phone and e-mail sessions with Fat Bastard and he did not detect any reduction in Fat Bastard’s fattitude but he does think the two recent health scares could be part of it but he also believes that the medication errors and possibly head trauma from Fat Bastard’s tumble down the escalator may have started this disturbing chain chain of events. We may end up having to settle for a tubby Fat Bastard instead of the fat Fat Bastard that we all know and love.

We are looking for a fat friendly doctor to testify to Fat Bastard’s mental state before and after the trauma he suffered as a result of all the medical mistakes that nearly killed him.

>As many of you know there is a pro anorexia movement. The unenlightened jealous man hating fat girls in the old fat acceptance movement make a big deal about it. The pretend to care about these young ladies who starve themselves and greatly exaggerate the number of deaths caused by a genetic disorder called anorexia nervousa. In reality there are between 65 and 200 deaths per year from anorexia according to the CDC’s Office of Rare Diseases. As a fat rights advocate and obesity promoter it would be hypocritical of me to insult, chastise or judge people in the pro ana movement. Just as Proud FA like to in his word “pork” fat women, I, Fat Bastard like em skinny. As a greedy fat gluttonous bastard I like skinny chick because they have low self esteem unlike fat women who have very high self esteem. Being that skinny chicks have low self esteem I can get them to have sex with me and sometimes I don’t even have to pay them.

Teddy Bear is perhaps the greatest voice in the new fat acceptance movement. While Teddy’s expertise is in gaining, fat anatomy, soma types and obesity health and nutrition he too is a strong advocate for fat rights and obesity for all America. It is people like Teddy Bear who have helped create this nation of obese and greedy gluttons. This year 400,000 of us will eat ourselves to death and that number is growing in leaps and pounds thanks to people like Kelly Bliss, NAAFA founder Bill Fabrey, Conrad Blickenstorfer feederism’s philosopher king, our own ProudFA aka the Dean of Feederism, the lovely Joy Nash, Big Fat Dynamo, and the list goes on. A picture speaks a thousand words. Fat acceptance would like you to believe that fat people suffer from low self esteem. Nothing could be further from the truth. A study of 100 pre and post weight loss surgery patients found that the only improvement psychologically for WLS patients was less worry about health issues. In reality that is false hope because statistically WLS actually decreases lifespan and it kills one in 100 patients/victims. I have always known that fat is not a psychological disease whereas anorexia and bulimia are most certainly a brain based psychological disrders. No evidence exists that fat people’s emotional and psychological states are any different than the general population. The crazies in the fat acceptance crowd like Kelley Bliss with their “We’re all victims of fat hatred” and fat haters like MeMe Roth have confused body image with self image. If fat bodied people really suffer low self esteem, they would not accept being fat and they would maintain a healthy weight. We are not a bunch of weak-willed gluttons. We choose and embrace our size as well as our gormandizing ways.

Did you know that the idea of a fat person having low self esteem is a myth? Humans come in various shapes and sizes. Every psychological test given to overweight people indicates that if you are fat you are as mentally healthy, or unhealthy, as anyone in the general population. There is nothing about overeating that is associated with poor emotional health. In fact, it is possible that obese people are emotionally stronger than slim people because many slim folks who were interviewed said they’d stay at home if they were obese.. they would not have the psychological fortitude to be seen in public if they were heavy.

There was a time, right here in the USA, when only the most successful folks were heavy and everyone else tried to emulate them. Large bodies were proof of robust health and substantial wealth. But, in America in the 21st century fat is out, thin is in.

Obesity is not a psychological disorder. Obesity is not an eating disorder. Fat people have a genetic predisposition to gain weight and if they wish to conform to today’s ideal of slimness and if they want to maintain good health, they must counteract their inborn biological impulses. This is possible. Difficult, but possible. Particularly possible if you have a diet buddy or buddies.

Our genes may give us the capacity and tendency to eat much and gain much, but it is our environment, our habits, that permit the tendency to flourish. Thankfully, we can change our environment and thus fool Mother Nature. You can be a slim person, after all. You can counteract your inborn biologic capacity.

Dr. Jules Hirsch, the famous obesity researcher at Rockefeller University, says that obesity should be treated as a chronic disease for which there is no cure but for which there are management techniques. And those techniques do work. But, it’s up to you to apply them every day.

You override your genetic destiny when you eat when you are not hungry or when you eat only low-calorie foods when you are hungry. It’s the gene that opens your mouth that is responsible for overeating.

How do you want to manage your weight? You can do it, you know. You can go for surgery and staple your stomach. You can go to a diet doctor and get lots of pills. You can stop eating solids and go on a liquid diet. You can get group support via the Internet. You can lessen urges by acupressure, acupuncture, or aversion therapy. You can count calories or fat grams. You can use hypnosis. And the list goes on and on. There is no shortage of diet programs.

In my practice everyone who wants to lose weight does lose because we add hypnosis to the mix. Hypnotic suggestions make it easier to stick to whatever program you decide to follow. And it is crucial to follow a program. Talk to others and find out about a program that may be new to you. Remember, any diet program will work if you follow it.
